God desires our whole heart. No part is enough for Him. He desires, and is worthy of, our whole heart! We find this phrase six times in Psalm 119. When God takes the time to repeat Himself, we better listen.
There is much discrepancy today about what is meant by the word “heart.” When God uses this word in Psalms, He is referring to our inner man- our soul. Have you given Christ your whole heart? As you write out the verses of Psalm 119, meditate upon them in your inner man and seek Him with your whole heart.
